Oli and Roseanne bought their first supermarket back in 1974 and have been working hard ever since! They have won countless departmental awards across the stores they’ve owned, including WA’s Best IGA Store of the Year twice. Their experience is second-to-none and they take great pride in the store. Oli is best known for being the Freddo Man so be sure to ask Oli for a Freddo when you see him around!

Adam & Lee-Anne Woodgate
Store Owners
Adam and Lee-Anne started in supermarkets in 2007 and they’ve never looked back. Along with Lee-Anne’s parents, they take a lot of pride in the store they have built here in Pearsall, and the Store of the Year award in 2014 was a well-earned reward. They have two small (and very cute!) daughters who, no doubt, will also be part of this family business one day!

Jason Payne
Store Manager
Jason’s first job in supermarkets was under the watchful eye of Oli back in 1994. He started as a hard-working Storeman, and now he is an even harder-working Store Manager. He does an amazing job and his dedication has seen him be part of two IGA Store of the Year wins, including right here at Pearsall IGA in 2014. Jason prides himself on presenting customers with a complete and competitive choice of products and the range we have on offer at Pearsall IGA is all thanks to him.

Gary Wise
Meat Manager
Gary has been a qualified Butcher since 1991, so he knows his stuff!! He is part of our dynamic duo of full-time butchers and his award-winning meat cabinet is the best in Perth. He is lucky enough to work with his lovely wife Carol, and now his daughter Amber works with us too. And at 6 foot 3, not only is he the biggest member of our team, he’s also one of the friendliest!

Deli Manager
Gordana prides herself on the presentation of her Deli and she and her team work hard to achieve their award-winning standard. The deli at Pearsall IGA has won the title of WA’s Best IGA Deli Department 2014, 2015 and 2016, and our friendly team continue to reach that high standard every day.

Dairy Manager
Julie has worked in dairy and freezer management positions for the past 10 years and under her leadership, the Pearsall IGA Dairy Department was awarded Australia’s Best Dairy Department 2015. She is neat and meticulous and she prides herself on always providing customers with a great selection of products. You’ll be more than impressed with Julie’s work when you visit us.

Customer Service Manager
Sandra has been with Pearsall IGA from the first day we opened our doors, and she has been providing great customer service ever since. She spends her days taking great care of our customers, and making sure that all our front-end staff do the same. Under her guidance, we were nominated for WA’s Best Customer Service award, and it isn’t hard to see why!

Elliott Rimmer
Liquor Store Manager
Elliott has been involved in the liquor industry for 15 years managing both pubs and liquor stores and has built up an extensive knowledge of all things liquor. He stocks a large range of local and international products that is unrivalled in the area and he and his team of friendly, knowledgeable staff will happily assist you with your choice of beverage. And he has the coldest beer in Perth!
